South Port Marine to Clapboard Island

We took our guests, Sara and Jacob, for a day cruise to Clapboard Island. After showing them the joys of a “pump out” we headed towards Old Town, Portland and rounded Fort Georges before reaching the southern tip of Clapboard. At 1350 we rounded the northern tip and, on the way back to the marina, we passed Buzzards Rock which was covered with birds (but not buzzards). We entered the channel to South Port Marine at 1445 and were safely tied up by 1450.
